This application is available to clinicians who have completed:

• Foundations of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy
• Myo Circle – The Why Behind the Exercises
• All required coursework, assignments, and assessments within both programs

🔹 WHAT THIS APPLICATION INCLUDES

• Application review and eligibility verification
• Confirmation of completed coursework
• Access to the clinical evaluation process
• Review by the Airway Circle Board of Examiners

🔹 CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS REMINDER

Applicants will be required to submit clinical material demonstrating:

• One (1) orofacial myofunctional therapy assessment
• One (1) therapy session
• One (1) post-operative frenectomy care session

Total submitted material must not exceed four (4) hours.

Please Note:

• Submission of this application does not guarantee certification
• Certification is granted only upon successful completion of all requirements and clinical evaluation
• All materials will be reviewed by the Airway Circle Board of Examiners
